HALLOWEEN 1998

Pictures and descriptions

Skeleton/Smashed head: On the left is a dancing skeleton. On the right is a previous year's mask called "Flat Head".

Pukey Brewster: Pukey Brewster has a fish tank pump inside him with a flasher that makes him start and stop puking green fluid. The fluid is recycled through the pump.

Did I scare you?: This skeleton is motion activated. You walk by his standing coffin and his left eye pops out on a string, he says "Did I scare you?" and then the eye is reeled back in.

Sparky in the Electric Chair: Sparky is my favorite. Sitting in an electric chair, his head goes back and forth as a tape playing is saying "I didn't do it. I swear!" etc. The kids get to "pull the switch" which turns off that tape playing while turning on another that has screaming and electrical noises. In addition, now Sparky's hands go up and down, his feet go back and forth, and lights flash. All done with old rewinder/printer/anything else I can find motors.

Glow 1: Glow in the dark 3D wall hanging.
Glow 2: Glow in the dark 3D wall hanging.

Jaw breaker: Jaw Breaker is a mask from another year that I have hanging over the doorway.

Spinning head 1: This full-sized Devil's head spins like Linda Blair when I flick a switch. It sure catches people as they walk by!
Spinning head 2: Another shot.
Spinning head 3: And yet another.

Pile of skulls: Just a pile of skulls.

The Count eating rat: Yum, yum. The Count eating a fake rat. It has a mechanism that I move with my tongue that makes the tail wiggle.

Cauldron of eyes: Yup, it's a cauldron of eyes.

My innards: The Count wearing his false torso covering that looks like someone stripped off the flesh and pulled on some organs.

Heartless: This neat guy is attached to the side of my temporary haunted house. His exposed heart beats (batteries) and his left sleeve is attached to the wall. When people walk by, I stick my arm in it and reach for them. It causes a lot of screams!

Velcome: The front of my haunted house with me in 1998's mask, Brain Buster.

Y'all come back now, ya hear?: Dark photo of the front of the haunted house with me saying goodbye to the kids (after about 26 bags of candy!).

My address: Top front right of the haunted house showing my "address".

Run, run, run!: The Master of Disaster (Stephen) running through the living room. Oh, there's a surprise!

It's Halloween!: Up close and personal with Stephen.

Skull Master: Look dad, I like Halloween too!
